Shipping and Returns

Domestic shipping rates (Australia)
We have a flat rate of $12 Australia wide for most items and use both Australia Post and selected couriers.

Please be aware however that shipping costs may vary for bulky, large and/or multiple items which is why final shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on delivery location and item weight. At times, a customer may order multiple items which are shipped from different locations. Please bear this in mind if ordering multiple items, as costs will be inclusive of shipping from different locations. We do try our best to inform you if an item is being shipped direct from the supplier rather than our warehouse, so that any potential additional costs are transparent.

Please also note additional charges may apply to remote locations as they do for items which are heavy and bulky.

Shipping times will vary depending on location.

For most metropolitan deliveries, estimated delivery times are between 3 to 5 working days. Please note delays can arise due to external factors such as postal delays for which we cannot be held responsible. We will however will try our best to notify you of delays should they occur.

Returns
We are only able to process returns for products that are faulty, so please choose carefully. 

We do not accept returns for change of mind or sale items. If you are unsure about a product or have any questions, please email us at info@thetinydoctor.com.au.

To be eligible for a return, you must email us within 5 working days of receiving the faulty item along with your order number / invoice, contact details, a description of the fault and photographic evidence. Please send your email to returns@thetinydoctor.com.au. We will endeavour to reply within 3 working days and if we approve the return based on the information provided, we will email you with instructions to arrange the return. Please note that an approved return does not automatically equate to an approved refund, and further assessment of refund eligibility will be undertaken once the item is received by The Tiny Doctor.

Please note your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds on faulty items
Once your return is received, it will be inspected in person to confirm the fault. We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the submitted item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If your refund is not approved, we will email you and arrange to have the item returned to you at your own expense.
